30th January 2008 - Lycee Francais De Singapour aka French School ;
AWESOMEEE OR WHAT ?!?! Let's start from the very beginning, shall we? Dearest Odac Members showed up in French School as family by 7.50am and we accompanied the juniors for the registration - Under 12 Category. Watched and supported them climbing and they're good for starters :D
As time goes by, it was already 11am and the Under 14 Category had to go for Isolation ! I think Nicolea and I were the most nervous among Lys Members. Haha, it was our very first competition! What do ya expect ? So we did some stretching and trevassing in the Isolation Room to keep our muscles warmed-up and also some deep breathing to clear our minds. We talked and laughed to distract ourselves from being nervous and keeping us busy at the same time. We sticked together as one till it was time for observation. I was so happy that Azifah came! By the time I went back to the Isolation Room, I was told to get ready for the climb. & I was like, "WHAT ?!?!" Made some new friends while waiting for the climb, one of them was a French Girl & she was super duper nervous. Zack and SJII Girl were there too! Damn, I forgot her name! Should have asked her! I'm feeling so guilty. But we really do kept ourselves busy.
I was so surprised when I saw Indra! Didn't expect him to make it! I was twice as happy! When it was my turn to climb, I just did whatever I could do and giving out the best. I can't what people shouted to me, cos I only heard noises. My first climb wasn't satisfying as I almost onsight it but failed ): Grr. It was okay, I just laughed. I find that my 2nd Climb was fun as it has many features but its tough. The part that got me frustrated was the tile that I didn't notice =.= Haha, should have gone for it. I think I enjoyed my fall, it felt like bungee jumping ! HAHA. My fall was twisted with the belayer's rope and I almost hit him!
I waited and waited for the results, but I didn't make it to the finals ): But .... JOASH DID! I wonder how he did for his Finals. The best part about the competition wasn't the climbing but the Isolation. All of us really had something going on in there - Being United, Cheering Others Up. They were the reason that made me do a better climb, I couldn't done it without them.
& thank you ODAC MEMBERS, Azifah and Indra that cheered me on & supported me! You guys are the best and I couldn't have done this without you guys! I LOVE YOU PEOPLE :D & also thank you Nadiah for treating me -AGAIN.

I left early just now cos I was pissed off and alse needed to get my own personal stuffs but then it turned out wrong. So yea, paham-paham kan ajer la. Walked here and there and it was already 10pm =.= Sister and I didn't have to fork out a single cent cos brother kept on insisting that he'll pay for it. Grr. Geram nye aku. Haha, but thanks a lot jyea! & Ary tried to prank me but it didn't work cos I know her voice for goddam sake ! Her prank sounded TOO fake! HAHAHA. Its okay girl, nice try. So I went home with "Kakak & Abang" , reached home about 10.30pm.
To all Competitors that climbed today; You did an awesome job! Those are very miraculous climbs from all of you. & I also believe that I should thank Coach too and she thought us how to climb well. Thank You Coach(:
