DAY 2 - I Love Singapore
Saturday, December 19, 2009 // 9:21 AM

A day started off with a morning breakfast at Coffee Bean. The plans for today had totally changed. No Japanese Breakfast. No Sunway Lagoon. There were too many people queueing up on the line at Sunway, probably it'll take more than an hour to get it done with. And I don't wanna waste my time queueing up, don't I ? Oh well, and so we were given an hour, thirty minutes to shop at Sunway Pyramid. Instead, my family and I headed for lunch.

Till now, I don't know what took us more than an hour to get back to our hotel! Like seriously. I don't even recall there was a toll since the last time I went. Government wants money, which doesn't?

After our rest, we walked to KLCC. Mundane. What can we even buy? Its just like any other ordinary shopping centers. Momma was so frustrated, she dragged Poppa all the way Jalan Petaling/Petaling Street. Whoa, its alike a Malaysian version of Bugis Street, only better and cheaper. My sister and I wanted an Adidas Slipper that we really liked, but it seems that almost every shop that we asked does not have our sizes. Smallest is 40. That is too big. Besides, it was already running late and the shops were closing. So we didn't really had the time to browse through.

Know what I've noticed? My family and I spent almost 70% of the time journey, getting lost. Parents would argue about it all day. There's nothing much to relax about in KL, I wish I'm in Bintan right now. The beach is awesome. I do not want shopping for holiday, I want to enjoy doing something which I don't really do in Singapore. Maybe some other time? Can't wait for tomorrow - Malacca and HOME SWEET HOME BABY!
