With The Standards!

The Best Night Ever spent with my friends. Damn, was it awesome or what. Mostly heard from people that the first day of Baybeats were going to be mundane. But hey! Check it out yourself! Everyone else was enjoying. Can you imagine moshing for an Indie Band? Fuck yeah it happened! The Standards were amazing and they called Singapore beautiful^^ HAHA.

I thought we were only going out for breaking our fast so I was wearing slippers. FYI, it was my bad slippers. If I knew they were going for Baybeats, I'd already had my shoes on. I was late. So I met them at Marina Square and then headed our way to Esplanade. First band was The Standards from Bangkok. Gerekszxc. Second band was mostly slow music, so no jumping & moshing ):

So we waited for the last band, Rudra. It was more to hardcore & metal. SCARY SIA! There was a vortex made out of human beings. T-shirts, slippers & plastic bags were flying in the air. Spectacles dropped and broke, people fell to the ground (whoever was lucky like me managed to get back up) and more people were body surfing. Acaap made it all the way to the front, impressive huh? People jumped like crazy asses with their hands up in the air. The feeling was like WHOA. I just can't get over Baybeats!! This is like best gig ever \m/ Wait, is Baybeats even a gig? Because the atmosphere is like one, only better. I'm still feeling the anxiety till now, haha!
